Eligibility
NEW APPLICANTS: Enrollment time from January 1, 2023—January 31, 2023
- Each Member must be a member of the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors® and 1/2 of your qualifying volume must be sold in Anne Arundel Co.
- Settled transaction total of $6.5M or 50 settled units in 2022 calendar year to qualify.
- Agents selling as a TEAM—each need to qualify for membership by volume.
- Settled transactions must total $6.5 Million in 2022 or have settled 50 units or more in 2022.
- All Renewing members must complete Page 2 of this form. To qualify for Life Membership, you must be a member for 3 out of 4 concurrent years.
CHARTER & LIFE MEMBERS do NOT need to complete Page 2 of the Application but do need to turn in Page 1 with your renewal check. Application renewal begins on December 8, 2022 for Charter & Life Members.
