The Masters Club, Inc (A Not-For- Profit Corporation)

The Masters Club, Inc. is the successor of the 5 Million Dollar Club, an unincorporated organization that was organized in 1990. The organization, by a two-thirds vote of those members present, at a meeting of the membership duly called, on June 12, 2002, voted to incorporate as a non-profit entity and to change their name and membership requirements as set forth herein.

Applicant must be a member of the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors®, and one-half of the qualifying volume must be sold in Anne Arundel County. All New Members & Renewing Members need a Settled Transaction Volume of $6.5 million (or at least 50 settled units) in prior calendar year to qualify for membership. Agents selling as a TEAM - each need to qualify for membership by volume. To qualify for Life Membership, you must be a member for 3 out of 4 concurrent years.
